Urban commercial construction requires technical precision when integrating new structures with existing buildings. Our construction company led the shell construction for the Louis Market addition in Little Haiti. We carried out a comprehensive process that began with an inspection of the existing foundations and the construction of new reinforced footings, ensuring stability on the site. The project included the installation of reinforced concrete retaining walls and the transition to a hybrid structure, culminating in a tie beam and a metal support system that seamlessly and securely integrate the new addition. Our work ensures that the new space is structurally independent yet visually cohesive with the existing surroundings
